Maybe I’m just being too cynical, but somehow I doubt that Rep. José Serrano introduced HJ Res 5 in order to allow George W Bush to run for a third term in office. One week ago, the New York Democrat introduced a measure to repeal the 22nd Amendment, which provides the only term limit on federal office — the Presidency. The amendment, added in 1951, restricts anyone from seeking a third term in office, and Serrano wants that repealed.

When will this idiotic country wake up? I believe every, yes “EVERY” person in America must show proof they are alive as well as an American to vote. I also believe they should NOT be allowed to vote if they don’t know what their candidates stand for, what they have accomplished in politics in the past or if their candidates are unable to prove he or she is an American citizen themself!
Face it some people are just too STUPID to be allowed to vote!
